  • How do I install VoxEnable™ for XP?

    How to install VoxEnable™ for XP

    Please note, VoxEnable™ voice enables applications in conjunction with Dragon® NaturallySpeaking®, therefore you will be required to have a working version of Dragon® NaturallySpeaking® 9 or above installed on your computer in order for VoxEnable™ to work. If you currently do not have Dragon® NaturallySpeaking® click here to purchase this product or find out more information.

    1. In order to begin downloading VoxEnable™, Click Run.

    2. This genuine installation file will not contain any harmful files. Click Run to continue installation.

    3. Click Next to continue installation, and follow the onscreen instructions where you will be asked to choose a location for the setup file.

    4. When setup has completed, Click Finish. You will then be able to begin using VoxEnable™ after starting the program, usually found under the Programs tab of the Start Menu

    Please note you must ensure that Dragon® NaturallySpeaking® is running with a user profile loaded before starting VoxEnable™.

    How to install VoxEnable™ for Vista

    1. In order to begin downloading VoxEnable™, Click Run in Internet Explorer or Save File in Mozilla Firefox.


    2. This step is applicable only when saving the file. When VoxEnable™ has finished downloading, Double Click on the file to begin installation.

    3. This genuine installation file will not contain any harmful files. Click OK followed by Run to continue installation.

    4. Click Next to continue installation, and follow the onscreen instructions where you will be asked to choose a location for the setup file.



    5. At this stage you may be asked to 'Cancel' or 'Allow' this installation to continue as a security measure of User Account Controls, Choose Allow in order to complete setup.

    6. When setup has completed, Click Finish. You will then be able to begin using VoxEnable™ after starting the program, usually found under the Programs tab of the Start Menu.

    Please note you must ensure that Dragon® NaturallySpeaking® is running with a user profile loaded before starting VoxEnable™.

  • I have tried both the 32 and 64 versions of speechpack and get errors on both. I can not get to the install wizard. Dragon 11 and profile were running. Thanks from sunny Florida

    Hi Linda, WE now have just the one installer so it should be a much simpiler process. if you go to our website then click Download VoxEnable it should all work out fine.

  • can't find serial number

    YOu code if you bought it from our web site will have been emailed to you. it could be in your spam folder of your email address. However if you bought it in conjunction with Dragon the code will be on a card inside the box. it will either bee a straight 48 digit Alphanumeric Activation Code or a 20 digit Alphanumeric Voucher Code that you will need to exchange for the Activation code. For applications go to www.voxenable.com/appvoucher For games vouchers go to www.voxenable.com/gamevoucher

  • I have installed VoxEnable™ and Dragon successfully, but my computer does not recognise my microphone, what do I do?

    Before you can start using voice-enabled applications with VoxEnable™ and Dragon NaturallySpeaking you first need to set up a microphone. For specific information about installing a microphone check the installation instructions that came with it.

  • Make sure the microphone and speakers are firmly connected to your computer.
  • Go to: Start Menu > Control Panel > Speech Recognition Options.
  • Click Set up microphone.
  • Follow the instructions in the wizard.

    For further assistance use the Help and Support features included on your computer.
